Return Policy

Can I return an order?

Of course, you have 7 days from the day you received your order to return anything you bought from us. The item must be returned in its original packaging and brand new to qualify for a full refund. If the item is not returned in original packaging and/or in the original condition, a restocking fee of 10-20% will apply based on the total cost of the item purchased.

If the item is delivered damaged or missing parts, we will either send you the replacement parts or replace the item depending on the situation. The restocking fee does not apply in this scenario.

Should you choose to return the item, we will deduct the shipping fee we paid to the shipping company which ranges between $50-100 unless the item was delivered damaged. 

Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.

However, if its because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.

When should I send the product back?

You should send it back within 3 days of your return claim. 

Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box and contact us to let us know the tracking number. 

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be payed back within 7 days in the same way you made the purchase.

How do I cancel an order?

Just like returning a product, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
