Once the order is placed, we will send you a tracking number via email or text and it is trackable on the shipping company's website or through the email we will send you when the item has been shipped. For larger items (eg: e bikes, scooters etc) the tracking is done through different freight companies and the tracking number is emailed to you.

Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process the order. Normally we ship out in 24 hours but sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to ship out. If the item is urgent, please call us at 1-800-571-6711 and we can do our best to ship it out right away.

We offer free expedited shipping via USPS, Fedex, Pilot & UPS for most products other freight companies for larger products like our ebikes. You can also choose paid shipping methods for faster shipping. The shipping time all depends on where in 48 states you are located as we ship out of Nevada. Delivery estimates are available directly on the shipping company's website or other freight companies website when you enter the tracking number
